A collation of DNA barcoding (nuclear SSU rDNA and mitochondrial COI) datasets and operational taxonomic unit clustering from the lab of Mark Blaxter, University of Edinburgh. This scratchpad is an exploratory use of the technology to investigate its utility for specimen-free DNA taxonomy-based projects.
